I like the composition, but the shirt suffers from pretty severe blowout. Properly exposing a white shirt is really difficult to do with flash, though, so in general I try to avoid it. I think in general the use of flash made this image a little too harsh. Perhaps toning down the colors in post processing (or even going b/w) could make up for it to a degree.
